All things healing

After a brush with illness. I delved into all things healing and fell in love 💞 with gemstone jewellery. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of these precious stones to help balance your mind, body and spirit.

Balance

Maintaining a balance ⚖️ in life is essential to staying healthy. So now, I prioritise sleep, exercise, eating a balanced diet and take time to centre myself with meditation, while incorporating healing gemstones on a daily basis.

History of healing gemstones

Crystals were used in Chinese medicine going back 5000 years with Jade being the earliest gemstone mentioned and the Egyptians used Emerald, Lapis lazuli, turquoise, clear quartz and carnelian in their jewellery. And Amethyst is one of the sacred gems mentioned in the Bible.

One of the oldest forms of healing on our planet is Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM which states that we are made of energy channels called meridians ☯️ which move energy around the body to create balance and health. While science for years seemed to be at loggerheads with these ideas they are now proving there existence more and more.

Devices that pick up on different body frequencies e.g. EEG’s and ECG’s etc. Also, the electromagnetic field (EMF) of the brain generated by movement of ions in the brain can also be measured.
So, our thoughts and feelings are also energetic as they are complex electrochemical processes in our bodies. Brain activity is currently understood to be electrical ‘impulses’ between neurones via pathways much like electrical circuits. Thus, we can safely conclude that our thoughts and feelings are also forms of energy and balancing our energy field is fundamental for good health.

The Chinese call this energy field within and outside of the body, Qi and the Indians call it Prana.
These beautiful gemstones help support your bodies energy field and bring you positivity, cleanse negative energy and move energetic blockages by emitting earth energies that calm your mind and soothe your soul.

By wearing these beautiful gemstones, 💎 they remind us and inspire us to make lasting changes so we can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Our designs are all handmade from numerous suppliers.🫶🏻
Remember, your intuition will let you know which one you need.😍
Which one are you drawn to?🧲
